Your motor no longer runs? Is it overheating or losing power? The motor is the heart of your RC: it converts electrical energy into movement. When it breaks down, your vehicle becomes completely immobile, even if the battery is charged.
This Brushless Motor 16101-6314 (PRO Version) is the exact original motor factory-installed on the PRO versions of your SCY. Brushless technology for maximum performance, superior energy efficiency, and extended lifespan.
What this brushless motor changes for your RC
⚡ Maximum Power: Brushless technology delivers 30-40% more power than a standard brushed motor. You regain all the original acceleration and top speed.
🔋 Energy Efficiency: A brushless motor consumes less energy for the same power. You gain 20-30% more runtime compared to a brushed motor.
❄️ Less Heat: Without brush friction, the motor heats up much less. You can drive longer without overheating.
💪 Superior Durability: Without wear parts (brushes), a brushless motor lasts 3 to 5 times longer than a brushed motor.
Verified Compatibility
This brushless motor is compatible with the following models (PRO VERSION only):
• SCY 16201 • SCY 16101 PRO
⚠️ Warning: This motor is ONLY for PRO versions equipped with a brushless ESC (ESC 35A reference 6313). Do NOT install on a standard brushed version.

Can I install this brushless motor on a standard (brushed) version?
NO, absolutely not. This motor requires a specific brushless ESC (ESC 35A reference 6313). If you install it on a brushed version with a brushed ESC, you will instantly burn out both the ESC AND the motor. It’s a full upgrade (motor + ESC) or nothing.
Is the installation difficult?
The mechanical installation is simple (10 minutes), but you also need to correctly connect the 3 motor wires to the brushless ESC. The wire order determines the rotation direction. If the motor runs backward, swap any two wires.
Pro tip to extend lifespan
Even though the brushless motor heats less, avoid prolonged stalls (wheels locked at full throttle). After each session, let the motor cool down before storing the vehicle. Regularly clean the motor with compressed air to prevent dust buildup.
