1. Delivery Zones

Bigtoysworld.com primarily delivers within the European Union. Product availability is automatically adapted to your location, but technical factors such as VPN usage or configuration errors may affect this detection.

If a product is unavailable for delivery to your country (due to customs issues, logistics, or stock shortages), we reserve the right to cancel the order. The customer will be notified as soon as possible and may choose between a full refund or an alternative solution if available.

Delivery to countries outside the EU is possible upon prior request. Additional shipping fees may apply.

2. Shipping Fees

Currently, standard shipping is free for all orders placed through our official website. This policy may be revised at any time without prior notice. Any applicable fees will always be clearly displayed before final order confirmation.

3. Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are generally processed within 24 to 48 business hours. This timeframe may be extended during peak periods (holidays, sales, public holidays) or in exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination country and available stock:

  • From Europe (France, Germany, Spain, Poland...): 2 to 5 business days on average
  • From other warehouses (notably in Asia): 10 to 12 business days

Each order is shipped with a tracking number accessible via the Track My Order page.

4. Multiple Orders and Separate Shipments

Some items in your order may come from different warehouses. You may therefore receive multiple packages on different dates.

Items requiring special handling, such as batteries or spare parts, may also be shipped separately in accordance with current regulations.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.

6. Delivery Not Available (Overseas territories, restricted zones)

We currently do not deliver to French overseas territories (DOM-TOM) for logistical reasons beyond our control. Any orders placed for these destinations will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

7. Delays, Loss or Incidents
