Visually inspect each arm for cracks, especially around the mounting points. Also check that they are not bent by comparing them to a new arm. If your vehicle pulls to one side or the wheels are no longer aligned, it is often a sign of deformed arms.
Not necessarily. If only one arm is cracked, you can replace it individually. However, if your arms have seen a lot of use, it is recommended to replace the entire set (front and rear) to ensure consistent geometry.
Avoid jumps that are too high on hard terrain. The arms absorb all the impact energy upon landing. On hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt), favor low jumps to preserve your arms. On soft terrain (dirt, sand), you can be more aggressive.
