Welcome to Bigtoysworld.com, your ultimate destination for quality remote-controlled vehicles. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Our return and refund policy aims to make the process as straightforward as possible while adhering to Belgian regulations for online commerce.

Accepted Return Conditions

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must not show signs of wear or damage.

Note: Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Timeframe

You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to initiate a return. Beyond this period, we, unfortunately, cannot accept the return.

Note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original sealed packaging. An opened package will be considered used.

Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within approximately 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned. This includes:

  • Items damaged by the customer.
  • Used or modified items.
  • Products with altered original packaging.
  • Gift cards.

Return Instructions

  1. Contact our customer service via email at info@bigtoysworld.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Carefully package the product in its original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of the invoice and a note explaining the reason for the return.
  4. Ship the package to the following address: Rue Halinsart, 149, 4870 - Fraipont, BELGIUM.

Note: To process a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return costs and send you a replacement or provide a full refund.
