1. Delivery areas

Bigtoysworld.com mainly delivers to countries within the European Union. Product availability and any fees are automatically calculated based on the delivery address provided at checkout.

If delivery to a given country is impossible (logistical restriction, customs, or prolonged stock shortage), we reserve the right to cancel the order. You will then be informed and given the choice between a full refund or an alternative solution (equivalent product, credit, etc.).

Delivery to countries outside the European Union may be considered upon request or if the site allows it at the time of order. In such cases, specific conditions (times, costs, customs) may apply.

1.1. Restricted areas

We currently do not deliver to the French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM) and certain remote areas for logistical reasons. Any order to an uncovered destination will be canceled and refunded.

The average delivery times (including processing) are as follows:

  • Shipping from our warehouses in Europe: 4 to 7 business days on average.
  • Shipping from our warehouses outside Europe (e.g., Asia): 10 to 12 business days on average.

These timeframes are given as an indication and do not constitute a firm guarantee. In case of significant delay (more than 30 days), you may request cancellation and refund of the undelivered order.

4. Multiple orders and separate shipments

Due to our multi-warehouse logistics, a single order may be shipped in multiple packages and delivered on different dates, without additional charges.

Some products (batteries, items subject to special regulations, etc.) may require specific handling and be shipped separately.

5. Customs, VAT, and import fees

For shipments from outside the European Union, Bigtoysworld.com applies VAT according to the European regulations applicable at the time of sale.

In some cases (high value, local regulations, enhanced customs control), customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees may be charged by local authorities. These amounts are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We do not control the amount or conditions of these fees and cannot be held responsible for any additional costs. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before ordering.

6. Transfer of risk

In accordance with Article VI.44 of the Economic Law Code, the risk of loss or damage to goods transfers at the moment you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the package.

We recommend checking the condition of the package upon receipt and, if necessary, making written reservations with the carrier. In case of any problem, contact us promptly with supporting photos.

7. Delivery tracking and incidents

Once your order is shipped, an email containing your tracking number is sent to you. If you don't see it, please check your SPAM folder.
