1. Scope and modification
These CGVU apply to any use of the site as well as any order placed on Bigtoysworld.com. We may modify the CGVU at any time; the applicable conditions are those in effect at the time of the order.
2. Use of the site and legal capacity
You declare that you are at least 18 years old or have the authorization of your legal representative to make a purchase. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the site for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
2.1. Products and required age
Unless otherwise indicated, our products are intended for an audience of 14 years and older. Parental supervision is recommended for any use by a minor.
2.2. Use of remote-controlled vehicles
The user agrees to carefully read all manuals, follow safety instructions, and comply with local regulations in force regarding the use of scale models (drones, etc.). Bigtoysworld.com cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from non-compliant, dangerous, or illegal use.
3. Price, availability, and order
3.1. Price
Prices are indicated in euros (€) including VAT (Belgian VAT). Prices may be changed at any time but remain guaranteed after order validation. In case of obvious display error (aberrant price), the order may be canceled.
3.2. Availability
Our products are offered while stocks last. In case of unavailability after validation, we will contact you for a refund or replacement.
3.3. Order validation
Validation constitutes full acceptance of the CGVU, the price, and the product description. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of fraud, prior dispute, or inconsistent data.
4. Payment and delivery
4.1. Payment
Payment is due immediately. Transactions are secure (SSL). Available payment methods appear on the checkout page.
4.2. Delivery
Delivery times are indicative. Bigtoysworld.com is not responsible for delays attributable to carriers. The risk is transferred to the consumer when they (or a third party of their choice) take possession of the package.
4.3. International shipments outside the EU
Orders outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or local taxes, fully borne by the customer. The applied Incoterms are DDP ("Delivered Duty Paid"), meaning we handle customs clearance formalities but taxes and customs duties are the customer's responsibility.
5. Legal warranties
The following warranties apply:
- Legal conformity warranty (2 years) – articles 1649bis and following of the Belgian Civil Code, applicable to EU consumers.
- Hidden defects warranty – articles 1641 and following of the Belgian Civil Code.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage caused by misuse, or unauthorized modifications. For any warranty claims, contact: info@bigtoysworld.com.
6. Liability
Bigtoysworld.com cannot be held liable for indirect damages, intangible losses, data loss, or loss of business. Nothing in these CGVU limits the consumer's legal rights or liability in cases of gross or intentional fault.
7. Intellectual property
All site content (texts, photos, videos, logos, "Bigtoysworld.com" brand, descriptions, technical sheets, 3D visuals, etc.) is protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use is prohibited and subject to legal action.
8. Force majeure
Bigtoysworld.com cannot be held responsible in cases of force majeure: network failure, natural disaster, fire, war, pandemic, carrier strike, etc.

What warranties apply to RC vehicles?
You automatically benefit from:
- the 2-year legal warranty of conformity (Belgian / EU law) for defects of conformity;
- the warranty against hidden defects in case of serious defects not visible at the time of purchase.
Not covered are:
- damage related to improper use (violent shocks, immersion, unauthorized modification of the product, etc.);
- normal wear and tear of consumables (tires, blades, batteries at the end of their life cycle…).
